Make sure to register your phones with both the Pennsylvania Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission Do-Not-Call lists: www.attorneygeneral.gov/dnc.aspx and www.donotcall.gov . Tell callers to put you on their internal Do-Not-Call lists if you don't want to hear from them again. If they don't respect your wish, file a complaint.
