They charge for everything if you want more soap, towels or whaterver it is ALLSTAR VACATIONS will charge. They are scamers and is my belief they are being investigated by the FL state investigator due to thousands of complaints for the same issue. You must avoid any contact with this boiler room.

terrible. the same radio scam took place today on 97.9 la mega from nyc. the announcement sounded like it was part of the radio show and not a commercial which is why i called in.
the reps are not clear as to the rules of the prize. they reel you in by stating you have won an all inclusive vacation for you and your family. then as you get transferred from one rep to another, i learned that there were not just tax charges that i was responsible for, but "administrative" fees, handling fees, contest fees, and so on, that added up to well over $400. when i questioned them for details and explanations, i was transfered again and again to other reps, almost like they were upping "the sell". at one point a rep answered my questions by saying "maam, it's not like you're buying a house or anything" i was able to put an end to their shuffling by saying i had not given them my authority for anything, that i did not understand their policies and rules. that rep answered only "then it's all cancelled" very loudly and hung up. i'm dissapointed that a radio station that the public trusts is selling air time to this organization. Next level tours is not a reputable company, so i've found. beware of an prize that sounds too good to be true! |

This is definitly a Scam. La Mega Should be held responsible too. How can they allow conpanies to advertise that will allow people to be scammed out of money that was earned; while these All Star Vacation Mothereffers get to easily reel it in. They charged me the taxes as they called it. Then what happened they continued to tap into my bank account until they withdrew out all of the funds. It's okay these mothereffers don't know who they F'd with.
I checked with BBB.ORG Better Business Bureau and the owner's name is Jesus Soler. 825 Brickell Bay Drive Suite 246, 247, 249 Miami, FL 33131. Oh also there is a similar company set up and the owners name is Mario A. Soler. 10395 North West 41 Street,#250 Doral, FL 33178 I have been instructed to file a complaint with the BBB.org and also with the State Attorney General's office. If this has happened to you make sure you keep a paper trail of everything you do to file a complaint so that your bank institution can reverse the charges. |

As far as I know there is one AllStarTravel.com which looks like a good company and there is allstartravel.net which is the scammers. My friend gave them the cc and now she doesn't know what to do. |

DONT DO IT!!! IT’S A RIP OFF!! My mother called "La Que Buena" 105.5 radio station in Los Angeles, California. The caller who answered the radio station's question correctly was promised a free vacation to one of several destinations. VICTOR CORREA from All Stars Vacations called her back and told her she was the winner. He assured her that airfare, hotel and meals were all included in the vacation package of 4 days and 3 nights, 4 people.$280 was charged to her credit card for administrative fees which seemed like a deal. After she was charged she was then told that airfare was not included and that it only covered 2 nights. At the end what you are paying for in not even worth what you get. There are radio stations that do give out “real free vacations”. I know because I did win a Vegas trip from KBIG 103.5 (Burbank, CA) with air fare and hotel included for absolutely no cost. But when ever they ask you for money, it’s probably a scam. Never give out your credit card info. All Star Vacations just want to sucker people into buying time shares (buy vacations for the rest of your life whether you take them or not). DON’T BE A VICTIM!

They pass the commercial all the time on La Raza 97.9 in Los Angeles they also pass the Disclaimer that All Star Vacations is not affiliated with the station nor the program, I guess they target Hispanics because they know they wont pay attention to the details.

Why is this company continued to be allowed to go on radio stations and advertise this fraud? I can see if it was a one-time thing, but this has been goin on FOR THE PAST FEW MONTHS. Both the company and the radio stations need to be held negligent. I cannot blame the consumer when a fast talking salesperson tells them that they've won five vacations and all they have to pay is a few dollars as part of a 'promotion'. This is fraud and completely unacceptable!!!!!

Everyone who has ever gotten scammed by All Star Vacations (and the radio stations - because they too are liable) should file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Chances are you will get the monies in your account reversed if you have the proper proof that this happened to you. An invoice should suffice. If enough people did this, these crooks would go out of business asap!!!!!!!!
