It seems like many of you are very upset at this company. Before I get started, let me share with you that I do not represent nor am I affiliated with the ASV group in anyway. Let's be for real, there are very few things in life that are free and of any true value. I agree that advertising a "free" vacation is deceptive however wanting a free vacation is wrong as well. Everyone should know that and remember these are adults we are talking about right? Let's put it in perspective, the vacation is a discounted vacation and that should be no surprise since everyone complaining gave there credit card info. If you want to pay full retail for a vacation, go online and pay - If you want a deal then companies like these with a few strings attached are okay. FYI, I checked with the state attorney, better business bureau, FTC, and even the usda just to be complete and nothing was on file against these people. There is a saying, "If you want to play - you've got to pay! Nothing - Nothing- Is free!" If you signed up, go on vacation. If you don't like how they do business then...Do business with someone else. Relax everyone you'll feel better.......AC

hola , me llamo laura , he estado leyendo un poco de informacion en esta pagina y vi diferentes comentarios en los cuales a muchas personas le han robado su dinero , dejenme les cuento algo . Yo tengo el gusto de trabajar en una de estas companias en las cuales ustedes dicen que les han robado el dinero , desafortunadamente siii hay companias que se dedican a robarle el dinero a muchas personas , yo hace aproximadamente un ano trabaje en una compania de esta y la verdad es que me pagaban muy bien pero nosotros los operadores no sabemos de estos tipos de fraudes , hasta que poco a poco nos dimos cuenta de lo que estaba pasando , enganaban a las gentes prometiendoles muchas cosas cuando en realidad no es asiii , pero ya hace como 3 meses estoy trabajando en una compania que si es cierta y siii envian todos los paquetes , estamos en florida y delante mismo de mi se les ha enviado los paquetes a los clientes que han comprado y le he llamado a muchos clientes que lo han comprado y ya han hecho su viaje y toda la cosa , yo le que les quiero decir que no se confien en cualquier compania y siempre investiguen sobre la compania a la que le van a comprar un paquete , esta compania tiene que tener un numero que lisencia y y una page web donde se puedan ver mas informacion de la compania , espero que les valla bien y que no les pasen mas cosas feas

Despues de leer todas las notas de topix sobre Allstar vacations, solo puedo concluir que es lo que se dice en ingles BOILER ROOM para delinquir y robar a los inocentes su dinero. Yo me imagino que nadie puede tener vacaciones de su vida por 150 dolares para 4 personas con todo incluido ademas si no te presentas al time share te envian a un FLEA BAG hotel donde las cucarachas pasean por tu cama y los aire acondicionado solo hacen ruido. Lo mejor es comprar vacaciones reales a empresas que publican sus precios reales y no como esta que te hacen un pregunta idiota esperando la respuesta idiota y dentro de la felicidad que piensas que ganaste algo das tu tarjeta para que te quiten lo que tienes.
Ese argumento de venta segun lei en el FTC TELEMARKETING SALE RULE es un BIG NO NO por tratarse de publicidad falsa entonces en resumen si tu llamas a esos avisos de radio que te dicen que es gratis y luego te cobran debes tener conciencia y darte cuenta que hay trampa como dice el refran " NADA ES GRATIS EN ESTA VIDA"
Un consejo sano "nunca pague algo gratis"

FYI !!! All star vacations also uses the name Next Level tours also out of orlando, Fl.and they bill using the name using Summer Bay.

There are at least 2 complaints on the BBB of orlando. They mail you the brochure as allstar vacations but the accomaning letterhead says Next-level tours. It comes up under their other working name Next-level tours.

El problema es este .. hay gente que en oir ese tipo de anuncio---creen que es lejitimo.

Se engañanan por muchas razopnes por edad, y/o imadurez, etc. por eso hay leyes para la proteccion de los consumidores. Escriban al Better Business de Orlando y de la queja.

I keep getting calls from E-Tours saying I won a trip.I did not win anything as they wanted me to pay at first $400.00.Then they wanted me to pay $99.00.I asked these people if they knew I was on the Do Not Call List?She proceeded to tell me I responded on the computer.Now mind you I haven't had an E-mail address since 3 years ago!!!But it is my fault they are calling me!People please slam the phone down when they call.These people will bother you repeatedly.I had to complain to get E-Tours to stop calling me.

I Was listening to KZLZ 105.3 LA GRANDE EN TUCSON
and they said if you are one of the first 7 callers you win a trip to DISNEYLAND & VEGAS. I Called and i was one of the 7 callers, they said they would call me back in 10 to 15 minutes the man i spoke to said i only had to pay 280.00 for registration fees and they had to be paid today. I looked up complaints and i found this page so i decided to call the radio Buisness phone number and the gril that answered said she couldnt say anything because they are clients all she could tell me was that they required your credit card info, and she gave me a phone number diffrent than the one i called for the prize. She also said they always change the phone numbers. The company name they use was ALL STAR VACATIONS 1-888-764-7878 number they gave out to call the other numbers the gril gave me 1-888-4163131 & 1-888-737-7754 nobody answer on this two numbers

Allstar vacations is FRAUDULENT. they change the numbers to avoid being traced by the FBI. they also have several names and addresses and several owners, I was told the owners are illegal mexicans or venezuelans to avoid being deported out of this country. you made the right decision Allstar vacations is something you MUST avoid. They will be banned from la grande very soon once the radio receives thousands of complaints they will be shut down just like happended in several other states where they can not be broadcast under that name. I am sure they use several fake names to hide their identities.

you know yo sabia en el momento que me pidieron la tarjeta de credito que no era gratis, claro. Y decidi hacerlo de todos modos porque todavia se oi como una buena oferta. Hasta que fui hacer las reservaciones. Ellos cobran $50. dolares cada vez para "confirmar" las reservaciones. So, para mi que gane 4 viajes son $200 dolares mas. Tambien tienes que pagar propinas que te las cobran de la tarjeta. De 5 a 9 dolares por noche. Cuando yo cacule todo, los viajes de gratis me va a salir por casi $800 dolares. Y cuando te explican todo hablan a 100 millas por hora. Yo en realidad pensaba al principio que incluiba airfare. Yo he ganado premios anterior en otras emisoras que han sido completamente gratis.

My daughter got scammed into this. Unfortunately I believed too and allowed her to give out her credit card information. She looked it up later that same day and we came across this page. She canceled her credit card and they are now investigating it. What a pitty that people come to these extremes and play with peoples feelings tricking them and getting people all excited just to dissapoint them.

They also operate as NEXT-LEVEL TOURS!!!
they charge 40.00 to cancel a vacation and they charge 40.00 if you change the date you are going even if you have a legitamate reason for the date-change. So if the airline cancels the flight and its from one day to the next.... boom a 40.00 charge! and you have to call them before 12 pm midnight, if not.... boom cancelled vacation!

They charge for everything if you want more soap, towels or whaterver it is ALLSTAR VACATIONS will charge. They are scamers and is my belief they are being investigated by the FL state investigator due to thousands of complaints for the same issue. You must avoid any contact with this boiler room.
