Jury awards $1.6 million in business fraud suit
A Travis County jury on Friday awarded almost $1.6 million to a Dripping Springs man who claimed he was defrauded by T. Christopher Bounds, a business owner and financial adviser in Merrill Lynch's Austin office.

More legal troubles for Mr. Bounds. Surprising that someone who was already sanctioned against by the State of Texas continues to commit fraud while Merrill Lynch continues to employee him as a broker.
