Dakin is an idiot to even pursue this. The DNC list has stopped 95% of the annoying calls for he sale of goods and services. Calls for political and charitable causes are protected under our constituitons free speech provisions which
I suggest Dakin read sometime. They are few calls at best .
The onslought of sales calls were effectively stopped by the national DNC list of 2003 leaving causes like the American Red Cross allowed to call in the event of a disaster. Sears however cannot call you for pest control promotions. Big difference!!! Just dont answer the phone or hang up and quit being such a baby. With all the things going on in the world
this a---shole cant find a better passion to pursue. Pathetic.

YES! YES! YES! If I wanted any calls from anyone other than my family or people I do business with, I would give them my number and request to be called. Stop this unnecessary intrusion into our lives. It's bad enough we get junk mail from candidates. Even ones who aren't in our district.

When I get calls, I tell them that I don't want to be called, and that if I get another call from their candidate, I will vote for the other guy.

I can handle having to delete annoying messages (or just hanging up) for the sake of our freedom of speech. This is a small thing to get upset over. Our country has bigger things to worry about like a population obsessed with their own selves, pleasures, sex outside of marriage, and crime. Wake up people!

The thing is they call cell phone #'s so I'm PAYING for them to call me as they use up my minutes of airtime. I'm sick to death of it as apparently the previous owner of my cell phone number was a registered republican AND a deadbeat who never paid her or her children's bills.

I finally got all her debt collectors and doctor's offices to stop calling but the friggin retard put her cell phone number down on her voter registration form and now I'm getting robocalls EVERY F*#KING DAY from non-electables like Ron Paul and Michelle Bachman's compaigns (yes I contacted them directly to be put off the list but still political survey calls keep coming in).

I have registered with the no political calls websites but they only stop calls for names of people in my household. What about this idiot who had my number before? It's not like I know how to correctly spell her name. She should be glad I don't know where she lives now as I would get my revenge on her for the utter annoyance she's caused me. I'd get another cell # but what's to say the next number won't be worse than the 1 I have now.
