In case after case of sales organizations that use the sweepstakes ruse as a means of skirting the Do-Not-Call regulations the FTC has taken remedial action. Nonetheless, Sundance Vacations continues to defy the DNC regulations. However, now it's a different ball game due to this 9-0 decision!
