I saw all of the bad reports of peach direct, but I ended up ordering a small lcd tv for about 350.00, give or take. It arrived ups in about 2 weeks. So, I ordered 2 more, but after 4 weeks, nothing, so I called & rep didn't know anything. So I cancelled, after another 2 weeks I got a ltter that they no longer sell that tv. Since then, I got an ipod, and another lcd tv/dvd combo and a dvd player, all arrived within 2 weeks or so. There are some good stories too, but not many.

I haven't had any problems, this was my first time ordering and I ordered a ps3 and some games for my son for Christmas, the customer service rep that helped me was extremely nice and helpful and I received everything within 2 weeks. I can't comment on returns or purses(didn't buy any of those) but for my experience I reccomend them.

I do not know if these complaints are valid but I ordered a computer from them (that I'm typing on right now) and was very happy with it. Blaming Peach direct is very ignorant as they have no control over the vendors. For the record I AM A REAL PERSON!!! Like someone else said a lot of you need to GROW UP and start to understand how the REAL WORLD works!

i ordered a computer from them in 4/2007 never got it so i cancelled and i amd still being charged for it they keep saying it takes time for the credit to be put back on my account.

I ordered an Edward Mirell Titanium keychain from Peach(PURVEYORS OF GARBAGE)Direct for $139. It looked like it came out of a Cracker Jack box and became scratched after 2 days of use. I doubt it is constructed of Titanium. That metal is tough stuff. They said, "We Don't Give Refunds on Jewelry" end of story. I made my last purchase from this lousy company and hopefully anyone reading this we not buy anything from them.

My momm ordered an HP computer & 17" lcd monitor from peachdirect in april of this year (2007). One day, I couldnt sleep, so decided to look them up and read several bad experiences people had with the company. I became EXTREMELY worried my mom would get ripped off. I actually got my computer May 7th, the day before my birthday. Yes, I did get it, but my mom is still getting ripped off. She "only" has to pay $60 a month, but she gets charged a certain percentage each month. The total for my PC was $1,991.00, but because it wasn't a "promotional" item..is why my mom is getting charged that extra percentage fee each month..so the total for my PC has only got down to $1,898.00.

I was a little taken aback when I read the negative comments. I ordered a camera from PD and didn't have any trouble. My order arrived about two weeks later. The camera is great! No complaints here.

In regards to the titanium keychain getting scratched, sorry dude, titanium is tough, but it does scratch easily, that's well known in the wristwatch circles. Some titanium watches are coated to prevent scratches, Google "Duratect" to see what I mean. The scratches themselves can be easily buffed out with a Scotchbrite pad. Oh, Peachdirect sucks.

I ordered the new Ipod touch from peach in mid september, they said it was to be shipped the 8th of october.... It's now october 22nd and i've heard NOTHING at all, you'd think they'd at least send out some sort of backorder email to let you know it wasn't lost in the mail or just forgotten about.
I DID recieve the bill though and the credit card that comes with it, i guess they thought i may want to give them more of my hard earned cash......

this PEACH is a bunch of BS> ordered a TV they sent the wrong one(so i thought) called CS who told me to read the fine print they reserve the right to send whatever they want as long as its equal value and that there are NO RETURNS>> yes i should have read the fine print but thats not even right. not like they told me the TV was out of stock they are sending this one. NO they just sent something that i DID NOT Order.

I made an order couple weeks ago on 2 IPODS. I got a video classic and a nano. I received the video ipod and I totally love it! It doesn't look refurbished or anything. It looks brand new. So I am happy with it.
I am still waiting on the nano. So the only thing I have to complain about is their shipping. It takes too long. They didn't ship the first IPOD till days after I ordered it. It has been about 2 weeks and they still haven't shipped the nano. So that is kind of annoying. I am going to call them about that if I don't hear anything tomorrow.

I placed an order on 10/20/2007 for a camcorder and a PS3. The camcorder was over priced as Walmart sells it for $899 and Peach was charging $1299. I deceided to pay the higher price to be able to have the camcorder by Christmas(as it would take me a long time to save that amount). Anyway, today 10/24/2007 I went online to check the status of my order. It says it has not shipped as of yet. I deceided to look at the camcorder again and the price has dropped tp $1149. I called PD to ask them if they could give me the lower price and they told me NO. So i asked them to cancel my order and I would reorder at the lower price. They stated that they could cancel but the order HAS shipped and I would have to pay shipping and a 15% restocking fee. I asked what the tracking number was since it has been shipped and of course they do not have one…UPS ALWAYS provideds a tracking number when a product is shipped. I think this company is a huge scam! I have a strange feeling that this is just the beginning of my problems with this company. Only time will tell, being that my product "has already shipped" I should have them in a few days, I will report back here with any new info(good or bad) In the meantime, I will be contacting my attorney, the FTC and the BBB.
