I just thought I would keep this topic fresh in the mind of good ol Google so everyone can see the truth about this company whenever they type in the name of the company. Peach Direct is a scam and really does it dirty. The people that really get taken are the ones who think it's not possible to get screwed by such a legitimate looking sales pitch. It's really time to wake and realize that you are in a money loving country ran by rich scumbags who want everything they can take from you. America is being raped right now by every greedy bastard that owns a big business. They take millions and once enough people find out about it, they settle with some and still come out sitting pretty. It's the American way to screw people out of hard earned money. This company has been shady from day one!!! The scumbags behind this are Ron Drori the CEO, Dan Grant the CFO and Joan Loof the VP. They are listed as ECapital Financial dba Peachdirect. Keep your complaints going this company needs to stop scamming people!!!! Also know that simply calling their customer service will only get you the run around. They will respond appropriately only if you go to them with an attorney or you send the complaint to the attorney general. This company is located in West Los Angeles. No one should do business with peachdirect.

I purchased a TV from Peach Direct. I use purchased lightly. Because I have no TV and I only get the run around when I call. Is there any why to get an address on the company?? Thank you for any help you can give me.

This company is the biggest ripoff. They sold me a fake purse. It is a fake plastic purse. I also bought a camera that turned out to be refurbished.

I am very happy with Peach Direct.
I placed my order on August 10th and I received it today August 16th!
I had a wonderful experiance.
I love my new computer and Flat screen monitor.
Yes I read a bunch of negative things (about 30 to be exact)but hey,there is always going to be a few complaints with any buisness. Consider this,over a million people have ordered from peach direct and only a few have had a negative experiance,thats not too shabby.I for one will continue my service with peachdirect.

I was almost one of the unhappy posts. But with patients and persistants I have become a supporter of peach direct. I will recomend peach direct to anybody. Ive been in managment for eight years and what peach managment did to resolve the proplem an retain their customer, (me), was steller by any account. I received my product under the agreement dicussed with peach direct as promised and look forward to my next order with them.

I have had wonderful experiences with Peach Direct. I have ordered several things from their company. One time my item was lost in the mail and i called their customer service line. They were very understanding and helped me get that item back and also gave me a retention having to go through this. All of you people who are bad mouthing peach. Its not their fault. They dont ship them out the items are sent out from the actual contracting vendors themselves such as phillips toshiba etc. so take it easy the reps at peach have their own every day lifes and problems and they dont need you rude people calling and yelling at them for something that is not their fault. SO GROW UP.

Peach Direct sells fake designer handbags which they pass off as authentic. I recommend anyone who has purchased a "Prada" bag from them to bring it to a legitimate reseller like Neiman Marcus, Saks, or a Prada shop and check for it's authenticity. Peach Direct is a total scam.

I would like to warn everyone about Low Pay Card. They take your money and say that you have a $7,500.00 Line of credit at 0%. It's hard to believe and Its difficult to even speak with someone about your account. DONT TRY IT! tHEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND! They sent me my welcome packet after The refund period was over, so they said my money was not ever going to be refundable!
Please don't even try it! If you do you'll find out they are just trying to take your money!

It appears the positive post on this are made by the company. The one on aug 16 gives exact numbers how happy all customers are with there purchases then its 3 right in a row theres more than 30 negative responses to this company and they all say the same thing no customer service no product, run around. Sounds like some received there products on time or in satifactory time probly most couldnt get credit else where and were willing to wait but more than likely they ordered as they happened to find something they could repair and send or found for cheap and most of the stuff i saw in the magazine where more expensive then regular stores and more so if its older or remanufactured. Long post short why order stuff you know is proven to be outdaed and remanufactured great it works today but in 6 months what then save the money, save the headache go to a retail store and buy.

I purchased a bose sound system from peach direct and a 21 in. computer screen from lg. also from peach direct. That was a year plus ago. Till this day i have not received anything but solid performance and reliability from peach direct. My sound system sounds great for a three speaker system and my monitor has been like i expected a 21 in. monitor to perform.

I purchased a big screen when I moved into a new house in Dec 2006. It arrived with no problems. Works great. I was going to order a computer so I went online and found all these bad comments about the company. I was nervous so I called the company directly, while online, so there was no problems. The shipping was suppose to take 2 to 4 weeks and I had it here in 4 days. No negative comments here. I will pay this off in the 6 months, no interest time frame and then see if there is anything else I want to buy. It maybe a little pricing but for the common person who can't afford to go out and purchase a brand new computer because they need to pay bills this company works very well.

At peach we just take the orders. Sara Is correct the products are sent out from the actual vendors themselfs. Toshiba items are sent out by toshiba and so forth. And not trying to be rude but you people act like each rep that you speak with is at fault for this. You talk to us like we are trash. call us names and even threaten us. That is not fair to us we do not speak to you in that tone. all we ask for is a little understanding. we are doing everything we can to make your experience a good one but we are not GOD..

Peach direct ahs people whos job it is to prowl the internet looking for comlaints and then post a rebuttal to the complaint in order to make it appear that the comlaints are without merit. Pay close attention to the wording in these rebuttals that are positive. Noitice how they offer a statistic like " over 1 million people have ordered from peach direct" How is an average consumer going to know that? why would they be so in love with a company that has recieved complaints on about a 20:1 ratio. and notice at the end they confirm that they will continue to do business with Peach direct. Obviously this post is fake and Peach tree tried to make it look legit by refrencing that there were about 30 complaints. Again dont be fooled by these rebuttals there as fake as a peach tree value!! Just received a beautiful catalog from Peach direct, look just like what I was looking for. I thought, Hey, I guess I will buy my big screen tv afterall, but wait... that sounds too good to be true... lets do a research on this company over the internet, and see what others think about buying from this company. My conclusion, the catalog is already in the trash can.... B I G R I P O F F... Thats my 2 cents.
I guess my TV will have to wait a little longer.

To date I have purchased a hp laptop( not refrubished ) a hp printer and a second laptop.
First item stolen from ups dock. they turned in a clain and in two weeks I had a credit.I reordered and in 3 weeks had a new laptop shipped from the supplier new in the box.The printer arrived in two weeks new in the hp box.
they are slow,I think in shipping but I never was given the runaround or an attitude.they know little about the products because they are a drop shipper from the manufacturers.All info and warentees and free software from the manufacturers were in place even a 50 dollar rebate from them on the laptop.
I understand if you call with an attitude you will get an attitude.
I plan another purchase soon and expect the same service that I have experienced before.
Wanted to give credit where credit is due.
This company,like hundreds of others,make it possible for people with less than perfect credit to own nice thngs but at a higher intrest rates.

Listen I ordered a nice computer. you sent a computer not even half the speed hard drive or monitor size, your company said they are allowed to substitute equal or better. this thing you sent was not even close. I finally got tired of your run around. I contacted GE Bank. It took a bit, But they fixed it. GE money told me they had so many complaints. So please beware of this company.....
