When I receive mail from someone I don't know and the envelope is addressed to me by name, I cross out my name and address, mark it Return To Sender and put it back in the mail! Actually the Post Office has special labels you can ask for and they're free. Never open and re-seal the envelopes. They can't be "Return to Sender."
