There is so much hype over digital. Some deserved and much undeserved. Let's face it, people have lives online and offline. As such having a balanced integrated marketing strategy is the most likely recipe for success vs jumping 100% into one channel vs another. I have found that a good site to keep abreast of digital trends and or internet marketing best practices is CRMTrends: http://www.crmtrends.com/ - check out their internet marketing best practices and mobile marketing sections.
