Her daily words were Production, Productivity, and Scorecard. I know that everywhere you go there will be problems but you correct them instead of hiding behind them.I would love to see Koolsmiles turn around as they are in a great location and I think they mean well for that area but no good is coming from crooked office personel.I might even come back.

She certainly treats all her employees with a Hitler attitude and thinks she is all that. If she only knew what everyone is saying about her. Worked for the zoo.

If the persons were not blind when they come in there when they finish they will be. We see many of them here.

John Marsh is not a doctor. The kids are blind after they go there is because maybe the doctors are not real eye doctors.

Contract was taken away. the only reason they are keeping a low keeeeeeeeeeey. They don't have any money it is in those lovely trucks. All the Doctors left in June what does that tell you. they knew it was coming.

I don't know which PSYCHO SAUNDRA you know but the one I am speaking of came into the company off balance. She developed worse when she was able to start getting her head shampooed and buy some purses each week. I even know her husband very very very very well and he even states the same
Maybe when she is in a new moon phase she changes but when she was at Forest Park we would shutter to think each day would be like the day before when she was there. I am telling you the beast was let out of the graveyard on Jonesboro Road. Stephen King would have really loved her to be in his movie called Psycho Doo

Kool Smiles cares about its money. No Doubt, these doctors are forced to make money for that company. Forest Park office opens up at 8 o' clock and closes at 6 o' clock. These employees never go home on time. Employees are forced to take in patients even if they show up hour late. Quality care is all the company talks about. I do not see a quality care in this crappy company. Imagine a patient shows up at 5:45, the office will take in patients and do all of the work in some cases. The office tend to forget that, the employees there have life other than Kool Smiles. Ask anyone in that office, no one hardly ever leaves for home on time. They always stay late. Office pretends like they care about the patients, but all they talk about is patient volume. Produce, Produce and produce. Someone needs to put an end to this mess.

These people were not fired. Each week people were quiting at the Forest Park Location. The staff has turned over about five times. Kool Smiles does not care about the employees or the patients. They let the Office Managers treat the staff any way they want to. If you try to report the Office Manager or doctor who is mistreating the kids. They tell that person and they just take it out on you or mistreat you.I think they get some of these Office Manager out of the mental ward.

For the record not all KS employees are properly paid. In my state we are all GROSSLY UNDERPAID! Oh, and we don't see patients if they are an hour late UNLESS we can properly accommodate them and not overwork the staff in the process.....

Calm down sweetie.You sure in a defensive mood concernng him. The fact is he has also ran a shabby ,unprofessional ,unorganized little business for years. FACT: he also has a high turnover of employees. FACT: he sleeps with many of them or if they don't comply to his wishes he gets rid of them. FACT: he doesn't pay his rent to koolsmiles on time. FACT: he writes checks that bounce all the time. FACT: he dodges his vendors. FACT: pretends to know and be a part of the who's who society. FACT: has gotten put out of several sites for non-payment of rent. FACT: tells patients lies about the product and when it will come . FACT: has the doctors to do score a patients eyes to always say they need glasses, then trys to sell them his even if they have medicaid. FACT: makes his staff go to the awaiting areas in the clinic to force patients of koolsmiles to see his practice. FACT: his staff are so afraid of not making the daily quota of patients to be seen, they beg people to get a eye exam. FACT: he has had more doctors than patients come and go. Same with staff. FACT: He was doing so many under the table things that even his assistant
was going around helping herself to the benefits too and accusung the lower employees and he believed it. Only because she was getting extra benefits from him. FACT: his wife wants to divorce him because she knows what he is doing. FACT: he got goverment money to start a program to give children free glasses and tricked both the goverment and the children. Parents would come to the clinic and he would end up trying to sell them more expensive cheap toy glasses. FACT: the telephone stays disconnected. FACT: he always blames his mistakes on previous employees. I could go on but time would not permit me. Remember my niece worked for him and was very smart to photocopy things that didn't look right before he fired her. Like that phony license, old parents coming to complain because no one answers the phone. Yes, he tried to sleep with her but who would want to sleep with GEORGE JEFFERSON other than WEESIE.

I am glad you left before PSYCHO SAUNDRA'S TWIN sister arrived as OM. Someone said her name was Nutty Wanda. No it is ORGANIC Wanda. She thinks everything is running naturally fine. She is blind as a bat when it comes to how things should run at the F/P office. I know the reason she is that way. She made a visit to Dr. John Marsh office Spectacels Eye and he put some blind medicine in her eyes. Some most have hit her brain too.

Why U Still There? Stop talking about it and leave and let them sucker someone else into the job. Anyway they will be shut down soon so it really doesn't matter. Stay there for the long haul.In Georgia there was a OM that was washing her clothes in the clinic,bringing in her family adults and children and doing cleanings herself on the weekend and was helping herlself to all of koolsmiles supplies maybe she was setting up her own practice.
