I recently had a shocking visit to the denist where he told me I was brushing too hard. I didnt even think that was possible. I used to use a manual toothbrush, thinking that electronic tooth brushes were just a gimmick. However, faced with the possibility of gum grafting (it just sounds horrible) I started to question my old habits.

So today I did a quick google search for tooth brushing (teeth brushing?) guides, and found TONS of these things:

Is it *really* this complex? Do you allow follow these rules when brushing your teeth?? Are there others I should know about? I really don't want to go back for my next visit and get gum grafting :O
