Please help me make the right decision. Should I extract my second molars?
I have already had my wisdom teeth extracted, but I feel that my second molars are very painful. I dont have any cavaties or infections, and my x-rays all show up normal, but I have severe pain in all 4 of my 2nd molars. The pain comes and goes. I have a small mouth, but the 2nd molars have already erupted, but it feels as if they hurt like they are coming in. I dont understand it, and I'm not sure what I should do.

Do not extract them. Sounds like you need to use a fluoride rinse daily to get rid of the sensitivity. Remember, when you extract teeth, you lose supportive bone and occlusal stability, which will affect your facial profile and could possibly cause TMJ issues later on. I would not go through with 2nd molar removal unless serious problems are present.
