Is there anyone of the patients who has hired a lawyer post there name on the blog and I will personally get in touch with them. We have a lot more info on KPH and her partner Pam Branning and some of their dealings but they can not be posted here. One friend of mine is full of very important info but will only talk to the patients lawyers. This could blow this case wide open. So please post their names. We know other doctors with info.

The KPH assistants need to be reported to the NC dental board since they were totally aware of KPH's condition, her no eating diet and the severe hand shaking during injections (not hand shaking to loosen muscles)They have an ethical responsibility towards their patients. They should have turned her in to the board a long time ago. This is inexcusable. No more sorry feelings here.

Just in, one patient just had an answer from KPH's lawyer, that there is no money in the account. I am sure he is raving mad as he should be. Maybe KPH has a suite in the GPI, or is hiding with her friend in Sylva. They still have a few sanctuaries

Dear Digging Deeper. Don't know if it helps, but I went to KPH approx. 8 years ago to inquire about a widsom tooth coming in. At that time she informed me I needed FIVE crowns for a total of $6,000. I left her office in tears and made an appointment to see my doctor the following day, worried I had a terrible disease responsible for the tooth decay. She told me i was in perfect health and suggested I get a second opinion. Thankfully I did, and found I didn't need a single crown. NOT ONE. Later, I heard rumors her hygenists were quiting because they felt she was over diagnosing in an effort to pay her bills. Let me know if I can help this case in any way.

Tried to do the same with me a few months ago also got second opinion and was a lot less.The same girls have been working for her in AVL, if you post their name I can confirm this

I am a victim of this scam and I am currently working with the fraud department at Care Credit to get my charges removed. As a member of the gay community in Asheville, I am extremely disappointed that a homosexual has done something so vicious and stupid. KPH has done nothing but to villify gays and worsen our already hated status in Western NC.

I think the only fair solution to this CRIME... I REPEAT, CRIME is to get the FBI involved. I think it speaks very poorly for Asheville that so many of our "affluent" citizens are friends of KPH. I think nothing will happen to her because of this fact. I think her attorney, accountant, and staff had to know what was going on and are all thus implicated in this matter. Madison and Chiverra may be guilty as well.

I too went to KPH in Sylva after moving here from the Midwest. She told me that my bridge work done by a Chicago dentist some five years previously was all substandard and would have to be redone. She also told me that I would require a lot of work by her "friend" the periodontist. Fortunately, I got another opinion and was told that my teeth, bridgework and gums were fine. When I called her office to protest she would not take my call. Definitely a scam artist.

Forget The Joker, KPH could star as the next villain in the next Batman sequel. I see the Dark Night battling with a maniac narcissist posing as a dentist. Her weapons include dental drills, an X-Ray machine, and several vials of a mysterious white substance. Unfortunately, she only knows how to use(abuse)the latter and we're not talking aspirin my pretties!
