Lee County, Va., Dentist Continues To Practice After Last Week's Guilty Verdict

The hosp administrator Jim Davis(he only acted like he owned, the hosp was owned by the community, not the board members who took as if they owned) and 3 other board members served a few yrs each for bankrupting the hosp. Roy sat on the same board. At that time, several thought he might be involved. By 1999, the hosp lost of several dr's and services, due to a greedy board, allowing it's members to set up business to be the middle man,for hosp supplies, etc. There is a letter someone wrote then that told lots. If I can find in I will put it here. It's odd to me that his dental problems arose in 98, when he was on the hosp board.
The nurse was just sentenced last yr. Her business was located in a house near the library. It was a black lady.

After reading everything i could find it's probable that Dr S was doing a few things illegally. The government believes that maximum overbilling was a total of $8,000 over 5 years. Does anyone honestly feel that the punishment fits the crime?

Mr S would like for you to believe it was merely 8000.00, but the court reported hundreds of thousands of dollars! For lying on that fact alone, he deserves the total 120yrs! He did LOTS of illegal things
