The wardens got a raise, so there is money for that. But the prisons don't have the money for officers. Our inmates are being denied daily outdoor recreation in good weather because of lack of guards. They have seen their mail being held up for a week or two at a time because they don't have officers to open and distribute the mail. BUT THEY CAN GIVE OUT RAISES TO WARDENS!!! Something sure stinks like hell in our prison department in columbus.
