“Now At PayPal, Braintree Again Courts Startups By Waiving The First $50K In Processing Fees”
http://techcrunch.com/2014/03/06/now-at-paypa...

“… Now a part of PayPal following its acquisition, Braintree is at it again, only this time, that same offer is open to anyone as part of Braintree’s new Ignition program.

“The deal is the same as before: companies can begin using Braintree in order to accept and process payments on their website or mobile application, without having to pay fees up until the $50,000 mark. This makes sense for small, early stage startups, explains Braintree’s Chief Executive Bill Ready.”

Hmmm, things appear to be getting even more desperate at Braintree. I wonder just how well “PreyPal” really is going? And, does Braintree share the same abysmal customer support that “PreyPal” offers?

‘PreyPal’ Media Release—Draft—Confidential …

“It is with great sadness that eBay’s delusional chief headless turkey, Johnny Ho, has announced the anticipated incapacitation of eBay’s most ugly adopted daughter, PayPal.‘PreyPal’ is about to be severely adversely affected by new, particularly virulent, strains of digital wallet: MasterCard’s ‘MasterPass’ and Visa’s ‘V.me’, in addition to financial institutions’ displeasure due to ‘PreyPal’ transactions resulting in far too many credit card charge-backs, and also much ‘PreyPal’ merchant-payee dissatisfaction regarding utterly unprofessional transaction dispute mediation and arbitrary (unlawful) holds on payees’ funds.

“‘PreyPal’ may therefore be expected to soon begin to deteriorate in health and, if ultimately not completely incapacitated, will most likely be eventually confined to servicing what little there will be left, by then, of the Ho-devastated eBay marketplace, and to being the merchant account provider of last resort for those small online sellers that do not have the confidence of their own retail banker.

“There is no cure this condition, and Johnny Ho is particularly saddened by the inevitability that, in the not too far distant future,‘PreyPal’ will be unable to continue to underpin the eBay marketplace’s atrophying sales (albeit ever increasing, percentage wise, FVFs) and otherwise stagnant revenues.”… http://bit.ly/UVXx53
