KB Homes might be in even more trouble soon.

It seems as though it may have conspired with Countrywide’s appraisal subsidiary, Landsafe, to artificially inflate home prices—leading to unfair home purchase prices and inappropriate mortgages for KB Home owners.

Haven’t homeowners suffered enough? Check out this blog post by the lawyer heading up the investigation www.classactionlawtoday.com .

The CEO should be tried, lined up against a wall, and shot. Not only did he rip off scores of people, he built some incredibly crappy homes, establishing forthcoming "affordable housing" ghetto's for the next 50 years.
They're about as poorly built as the long beach condo's over WalMart, and that's saying something.
