I agree with dman10 and scott. Why are these sickos allowed back in society? I say the next time a judge decides to let these idiots run free when this happens again and u know it will let the judge get the same thing done to them that the victim did. I betcha we dont turn out criminals so fast.

Don't we own a remote territorial island somewhere that we can drop these people that has very little in the way of resources (no trees to build boats, etc) and no contact with the outside world? Let them raise their own food and go at each other.

There has to be a solution to this problem of these predators going free to offend again.

Whoa...Very rarely do I read a story that scares the hell out of me. This one does. Glad I don't know this guy, and I don't know anyone like him.

I can only imagine...probably starts out by him offering you a beer, then a little coke...wondering why is this guy being so nice to me. Then you wake up and Bill has you chained to the wall. Thats scarry. I second Scott's comment, one of us would be dead...and at that point I wouldn't care if it were me.
