So is this really happening?? The company managing the project says it's NOT becoming a Marriot Courtyard. The President of the local Chamber of Commerce says it is. Shouldn't these two be talking? This makes no sense, and the confusing article doesn't do the story any favors.

Well they'll be bringing their world class bacteria filled water park to town. Be careful. They made a handful of people sick in the one in Danvers due to their lack of cleanliness.
