eloc.net have not paid their dues. They get work done by outsourcing and then keep stalling payments till there is no communication. Cole Smith, is a fraud and has taken away money of some money people. eloc.net is just one example of him cheating, using code and then not paying. eloc.net alongwith the following domains were where we have worked on and have not got paid. eloc.net provides Corporate & Business Credit Consultants but cannot sort out their own credit problems. They are based on Orange County, CA. The conspiracy has left several people jobless.
DONT TRUST COLE SMITH AND ELOC.NET . BEWARE OF THEM FOR IT MAYBE A QUICK SCAM FOR ALL YOU KNOW

NO SCAM HERE I would like to make a moment and respond to this post. The developers i will not mention at this time were hired through elance.com to develop a web based product that is still very incomplete as they did not know how to complete a membership site as agreed.
The balance of the funds were not paid as part of the elance fee agreement. However, they were paid over half of the amount due with the balance to be paid when they solve the problem - Right DeePAK Oops!! Sorry Was not going to use name..
When you feel like reestablishing eloc.com which you had no business deleting that was paid and eloccapital.com was not finished. When you feel like replacing the sites and completing the task that you started then we can discuss payment options. Until then i am not in a hurry...
My business is based on a number of different things... The tools you developing will just have to wait until i find someone who really know how to develop them.
Otherwise holding web content hostage or making false threats is your issue... I will have someone else build the sites. The whole reason escrow and freelance company exist to protect the consumer.
Lastly a few hundred dollars left several people jobless... You were really riding
With Regard to eloc.net There is no special programing code used... this is still the old version of joomla it should have been updated to version 1.5 .... If you did this work you still owe me... I would not tell anyone if i were you ( You did not do the work you are saying ).... Makes you look bad... this was established months ago before you every began the process.
Anyway, If you feel like you want to resolve the problem give me a call you have the number... or email me at email@example.com.
I am not going anywhere... For those that need validation check or send an email contact elance.com records all of our vendors have been paid as agreed. If someone wants the name of this company let me know i will send the name. If they feel like they want to resolve it then great if not to each his own.
Companies like this trying to extort small business should be illegal, fined banned from using freelance communities to solicit ill will

I was also ripped off by cole smith. i found him on craigslist and I actually met him in person and seemed like a good and honest guy. That is until he had my money. I wanted to buy a corporation from him because he said i can get corporate financing up to 250k so I paid him $6000 and I was to owe him another 4k when i received all the paperwork. Well, when i got the other 4k to pay him, he said he already sold that corporation to someone else and he will get me another one. Well, kept trying to get me financing without a corporation and never got me a penny. All the credit requests were denied not to mention all the inquiries on my credit. Oh well, If you read this post, i would not deal with this person if I were you. I lost 6k of my hard earned money. Don't be the next victim.

I have worked with cole smith and found him to be of good intentions. I was his chief operating officer and watched him try hard to grow city productions in Memphis. Should you question his intentions, my recommendation would be to approach him with respect. He is a man of honor and wishes to do the right thing

First of all Number 3 is a idiot :) Second of all Cole Smith seems to be a comon name that people use for a fake name to rip peopl eoff. How do I know , well did you notice a few words in the last sentence were off (common people etc). Someone under the same name from Nigeria tried it on with me but didn't succeed , How to spot a fraud.
Most of these idiots cant spell are use words properly . I'm not a expert but if you see something that looks wrong check it up . Also if someone is willing to give you the price you want A bit too easy or trying to push you to sell or buy fast then it could be a scam my friends.
Also Paypal work through there site and not through Email . I was approached throgh Email saying the client had money with held through Paypal.... BOTTOM LINE IF IT'S NOT ON THE PAYPAL SITE THEN IT'S NOT LEGIT . DONT BELIEVE ANY EMAILS THIER ALL FRAUD :___ Live Live And Dont get ripped off PeaCe OuT :)

That is just classic. You must be the biggest fraud on the internet if spelling and proper use of language is the criteria.

Another similar fraud from one of those "BARRISTER COLE SMITH", I'm selling an item on Craigslist, and this guy sent the following:
Thanks, as for this price it is ok. Due to demanding and eventful work i won't be able to come and view it, i am interested in the item and it is needed overseas. I will be making use of a shipping company to have this picked up from your side and have it delivered. Further arrangements will be made with you in regards to the pick up once i have paid.I would appreciate if you email me with more pictures (if available) since i won't be be able to see this in person, I'd be paying via PayPal or Bank transfer so kindly get back to me with your paypal or bank details for payment, cheers.
