Time Warner to sell cable unit

You may be referring to to your internet/phone service (DSL above) which is broadband cable, and your TV service (also cable) which are both part of the Cable business side of TW.

Time Warner sucks. They give you a good price to start to get you in. There are all these hidden fees for phone service. I'm going back to Verizon where I can count on good service and service people who help you.

I am happy with the phone service I have recieved from Verizon and would not switch. I recently got direct tv with Verizon and it's great...much better that cable. Verizon DSL is great too.
Cable is expensive for what you get. And I want 911 emergency service from my phone. Many other phone services do not have it!!!!!!!!!!

I had verizon and my husband downloaded some ringtones that became huge pain...Not only did the phone ring at all hours it cost an extra 50.mo to get harrased... Then had a hard time getting it off the phone bill... What I owe verizon is probably the exact amount of that ring tone. How many people have so many hours to deal with this stuff? Now verizon calls me daily... So my phone is on vacation....
