JAM DETECTOR SENSOR PROBLEM. i CAN'T GET THE MACHINE TO START BACK UP AFTER A JAM IN THE DELIVERY AREA. tHE JAM SENSOR LIGHT WON'T GO BACK OUT.

Had this same problem with my unit. The solution may be as simple as wiping it off with a cotton rag or something more complicated.

Likely you will need to check at the end of the deliver where the gripper bars come up and go back toward the press. Look at the shaft at the end where the 3 pins are sticking out. Sometimes these pins point straight up or back further. These need to be pointed toward the ink rollers of the second unit. This is one of the sensors that you can wipe off, but rather a mechanical switch.

Take off the cover on the NOPS of the deliver and see if it is actuating the switch. You can unplug it to get it going again, but you should definitely fix this problem sooner or later.

If this doesn't fix it then I may be out of advice and you might need to call support.
