I just started operating a 2002 Komori 28 lithrone. Chrome roll picking up ink when running red pms colors. Please advise. Thanks

Keep your dampener grease free. Using #1 wash up has detergent and will cause greasy damps. Use either metering roller cleaner to hand wash rubber rolls or IPA desensitize chrome with commercial chrome roller cleaner or straight fountain solution with pumice powder do not apply pressure with pumice just rub with sponge very lightly so as not to scratch chrome follow up with asphaltum gum or 14 baume aribic and buff dry. www.presspro.com

Hello,
I just purchase a Komori Sprint 226 and it has a chrome roller damaged. Do anybody know who sells that kind of rollers? Help will be much appreciated. Thanks. |
