no we were on 7.5hr days 5 days a week. now were 6.5 hr days 5 days a week. with gas prices so high we asked if we could work 4 days a week to make the 32 hour week and it would save a day of driving. Our response was that management might have to work and try to figure out a schedule and apparently it is to difficult for them to do that. there just not being very flexible but were required to be.
