I find it rather insulting for WR Grace to offer those they poisoned/killed,investments in stock of the Company that killed three generations of my family.Invest in WR Grace stock and the stock went up after the bankrupcy Judge made her ruling. How is this allowed to happen when someone can knowingly poison millions of human beings,5 generations of humanity and STILL be in business,to continue killing people with their products. It will be interesting to see what fairness is to me and the rest of us dying from asbestos and WR Grace.

This so called settlement is only good for w.r.grace,and for the lawyers, not the people who got sick or have died from the asbestos, and for sure the people of libby mt won't even get enough to get buried, but w.r.grace will get off pretty much unscathed. I guess that is what they called justice. It sickens me that this company will get off with pretty much a slap on the wrist and then go merrily on their way to make more money while the people of libby and elsewhere will still keep on dying for decades. thank you
