What about FIOS? They can operate without Cablevision you moron. You do not know what you're talking about. Why hasn't FIOS taken over the Island?? Why hasn't it come out years ago?? No one can compete. I looked into FIOS' pricing for internet and their fastest package which matches Cablevisions costs triple the price. Literally. Look it up.
So, stick with your low quality, low-tech converter box to get digital content, and watch the lag time for it to access channels, pay more for less and live in ignorant bliss.
The best quality is dish (1080p, as opposed to FIOS and Cablevision at 1080i). For internet, phone and TV, FIOS makes more sense economically.
