The state just confirmed Frederick gatchell removed his name from the corporation
on 4-5-2006

our deal was done 6-15-05 he was still vice president as ive said all along

then on 11-27-06 he removed his name again. so between 6-15 05 and 11-27-06 he was added back on

now the last filing in the DOCUMENT IMMAGES Frederick gatchell is added back in as vice president again document date 5-2-2007

You can clearly see this group is crooked. So crooked they are stupid. Does Billy think nobody would check with state records to confirm his allegations. The if you go on the companys website www.americanmarine.com you will see in the conact column fred is listed as the vice president. They are scammers and crooks

Do not trust your business with this company. They are crooks and liars and scammed my family out of alot of money. Billy also tried to say we never were there to sell tickets. One boat owner at the marina said anyone may call him direct he will verify my guys were there 7 days a week from morning to night. Please e mail me if you want to talk to him. Include your phone number.
