Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Limited's Cephalon, Inc. Accused of Fraud by Whistleblower
Two years ago, the US Attorney in New York opened an investigation into Cephalon, which was since bought by Teva Pharmaceuticals, over allegations of off-label marketing of its Treanda medication for treating chronic lymphocytic leukemia.

It is not true that all of the executives that were involved in this are now gone, since Teva bought Cephalon. They kept all these guys in place, running the Oncology division. They are still there!
