This is a really big news for those who are also injured by the medical devices from Johnson & Johnson. I think I've read somewhere in depuypinnaclelawsuit. com that there are thousands of lawsuits pending in different court.

It has been hoped by many that this development will be a lesson to other device makers. Going through the ordeal vaginal mesh victims have to go through can be very heart-breaking. While $11.1M may be chicken for J&J, with the other 6,170 cases, this will surely hurt them and hopefully will learn from it. Updates and other interesting information may be available in sites devoted to vaginal mesh injuries such as www.vaginalmeshlawsuitcenter.us/pelvic-organ-...

It's a relief to know that Linda Gross finally gets the compensation she rightfully deserves. I can only imagine the pain and suffering that she, her husband, and family may have gone through because of her mesh implant. I even found from bladdermeshlawsuit.us/what-is- transvaginal-mesh-and-what-is- it-used-for/ that she is no longer able to sit for more than 20 minutes at a time because of complications from the mesh.

When it rains it really pours. It is worth noting that after losing this vaginal mesh lawsuit, J & J suffered another setback when they were found to be liable for the complications resulting from the use of the DePuy ASR hip implants. They were told to pay damages amounting to over $8 billion. You may get all the details in sites devoted to this issue such as the depuyasrhiplawsuit. com

This is indeed encouraging news to other women who may have also decided to file a mesh-related legal claim against J&J. I read a piece at bladderslingrecall.us and found that thousands of mesh-related lawsuits against J&J are pending across the country. I wonder when the next case would begin.
