When DePuy failed to adequately test its ASR hip replacements, it is a clear indication that they do not protect the interests of its recipients. Johnson & Johnson, as DePuy's parent company, is doing all it can to avoid having to compensate the thousands of individuals who have been affected by the recall. This is very similar to what I read here http://www.depuypinnaclelawsuit.com/recall although a recall has not yet happened, they are both products of Johnson & Johnson and both are also used for hip replacement surgery.

It is true that there are many patients affected by this kind of hip replacement. In fact, I had read also http://www.rotlaw.com/hip-replacement-lawsuit... which many patients needs help in claiming for their much-deserve compensation. In addition, it has been reported that metal-on-metal hip replacement systems has a high-failure rate.

I won't be alarmed if Johnson & Johnson is being sued over its faulty hip implant in Australia because here in the United States there is already around 10,000 lawsuit being filed against DePuy, a unit of Johnson & Johnson, for being responsible in distributing this hip implants to the market. to know more about this case, check www.hipreplacementlawsuitcenter.com

This failure of the DePuy's hip implants has truly become a worldwide concern. It may be recalled that it was in Australia where initial reports of failures where noticed. They should be credited for this. And now it is only proper that the right actions are taken in that country. More on this issue is available in DePuy Settlement Information Center.

Metal-on-metal hip prostheses have really caused so much distress over its recipients. Based on what I read, this type of hip implant has high failure rates resulting to series of complications.
