Mike is a convicted felon. He has primeau as his fall guy. The lo's for the most part are all broke. So you are either in operations or a manager. Either way you are just plain stupid. I work in the same office as you, I close 4-5 loans per month. I have been here for just over 2 years and it sucks more now than it ever did.

Lend America is a GREAT Company. They are a DIRECT Lender - Licensed in 47 States. They are one of the few Lenders in the country that are able to go UNDER 620 Credit Scores

Most of these other posts are not customers - they are Competition or Ex-Employees. Lend America has special Licensing that other Lenders just do not have. This special Licensing allows us to do what other Lenders can not.

Any Large Company that is doing a lot of business will have a few upset clients. You name me any large Company and I will find compliants against them.

Lend America is one of Largest FHA Lenders in the Industry - They are a Direct Lender in 47 States. Been in Business for over 25 years. They are GNMA Approved which allows UNDER 620 credit score Mortgage Approvals. Why would a Company be Approved for doing Low Credit Score FHA mortgages if they were bad company?

if so there is Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium which 1.75%
there is Escrow for Taxes and Homeowners Insurance
there is Title Fees
there are Bank Fees

Check with your Lawyer - I am sure he charged you a something as well

I am sure that there are numerous "rats" past and present at lend america. I am. I still work here. Every time one of my loans don't fund on time I email hud, the banking dept and the ag for the state that my loan closes in. I just informed pa and nj this week. Funny thing is in mikes last meeting he said it was corrected. Bull shit. It wasn't. Don't you all just love that email we got about ct. Just a little blurb. Why does ashley always keep the truth from us? The question I keep asking myself is where do I go next when we are forced out of business?
