Well it has been 1 month since the lawyers got our money -- it is a new week and many of the MI victims have gotten recaps and checks.
Hopefully we will see some more blogger getting some sort of news from the lawyers.

I also think that if you signed up for the LRP and had 15% held back - should call Garretson for an update on your specific liens. I did and had goods news on that issue.
Don't all call today - but do call . 1-877-774-1130 is the number.

Got my 2nd. check today. They took out $1700 for expenses, the 1% MDL, $116 dollars for the (unknown to me ) Medicare Lien. NO LRP fee's, because I did not sign, nor would I sign, and for the life of me, I can't figure out why anybody would sign it( the LRP), and voluntarily GIVE the insurance pig's ANY money. No more sweating out the daily mailman. Good luck to all. The relief is coming to you

Please Help Me.... I read one thing and another. I Did sign something with the lien thing. I thought I did the right thing? Did I or did I not? All I know is they get more money than I do????I am right back to dazed and confused !!!!! Some one , Please hep me, Please. I am so confused ! I have over $40,000.00 pending????? Please help me, I need this money , so I can put what little life left in me to good use and pay off some bills, and continue paying for my meds that I have been on for 7 years. Please help me make sence of this, I am very upset.... Thank You and God Bless You

I will be spending the whole night thanking God it came!!! our Recap paper work is here OMG after all this time can it be that it is coming to a end !!
Just a little shocked over the "Shared cost " being a little over 9000 $ i think i will have to get a nights rest and read through it again in the morning when i can think a little better.

Andy... Please do what Concerned suggested call 1-877-774-1130 is the number. Garretson who is handling the Lien Resoultion Program..and asked them what the hell is going on! Demand the information on your lien..and when will it be resolved!

relax - if you signed up for the lien resolution program- you did the right thing. If they hold back 15 % to clear up liens - so what it is the other part of tghe money we all should have in our banks by now.
You do not have to yell- Kim cuynninbgham is very pleasant- She explained to me that 4 insur comps put in claims and already 3 were reduced to zero, the last claim was for $6600. They reduce it by 50% and go over every charge on the lien bill. If the lien is for stuff not related to the vioxxc MI is getds dismissed. For the $150 fee to Garretson at leadt I do not have to fight with 4 insurance companies. The last insurance co who put a last minute lien on me -_I never even heard of. The liens get released and the money goes back to BG and then our lawyers in 30 days or less.

If you did not sign up with Garretson, then that is fine too. You may or may not ever hear from an insurance company. But if they contact your law firm before they release your money it may hold up a lot more than 15% of the final payment.

You sound like you received your final today!?!? If I remember-you're w/ SW too, Right?? This a huge day. I'm SW and our estate atty got the final today also. It's not in our hands yet, but being at our estate atty is the next best thing. I trust him 100% and they will overnight our funds tomorrow.
