This article says nothing about the artifical hip that were recalled by this company. Just imagine if you had one of these in your body already!

It's in the first sentence of the article...

I Recently bought some J&J cotton swabs only to find no cotton on one end. I think they have a long way to go to get our trust back.

They apparently have little quality control. Check your J&J Swabs before using them, a bare plastic tip can do damage...

After information saying that the devices have defectsin one out of eight clients, the ASR XL Acetabular System and the ASR Hip Resurfacing System were withdrawn. There are about 93,000 recipients of these products worldwide. Johnson&Johnson should be more focused on its victimized patients concerns. Its subsidiary company, DePuy Orthopaedics Inc., needs to disseminate more information about defective hip replacement symptoms so that the patients would be given immediate medical attention. See http://www.hiprecalllaw.com/updates/depuy-hip... for a more comprehensive discussion.

Recalls for defective products could really damage the trust of consumers. Hip implants from Johnson & Johnson have also gathered some complaints from their users. You can know all about it when you visit http://www.depuyhipreplacementlawsuit.com .

It's going to be hard for J&J to get back the trust of those who have been injured by their products. I think the company needs to first settle all the surgical mesh lawsuits that have been filed recently before any repair can be done. http://www.rotlaw.com/transvaginal-placement-...

The medical device called vaginal mesh has its advantages and disadvantages. It is meant to address pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary incontinence. However, recently its negative consequences have overwhelmed the public and led to the increase in the number of filed vaginal mesh lawsuits across the United States.

J&J had brought damages to many individuals who are injured with these defective products. Thus, its hard to regain trust after the damages had brought by many lives of recipients by these products that is why recipients file depuy hip lawsuits. See more here http://www.rotlaw.com/depuy-asr/

Is this forum just for attorney sites or can victims of J&J medical device give an opinion? Hope so because here it goes....I have used J&J products all my life. Many, many people have. A few years ago my life was turned upside down by a "simple procedure" that included TVT mesh. There are days I can't get out of bed, when I do, I hurt constantly. I have chronic sinus issues, auto-immune problems and suffer so many other health issues but that is not the point here. The point is, I have had my life as I knew it destroyed by a J&J company product and I am not sure I will ever be able to get past it or what it has done to my life and my families life. Trust? Good luck with that!

The number of lawsuits filed against Johnson and Johnson surely had negative impact to the company's reputation in producing safe and effective products. In fact, mesh devices manufactured by Johnson and Johnson have also been reportedly associated with a string of inadvertent effects in women who have received them through surgery. It may be hard for the company to gain the trust of consumers again. Relevant information about mesh devices and related issues may also be found at http://www.bladdermeshlawsuit.us

After all the controversies involving the safety of their products, the company may find it difficult to regain consumers' trust and patronage. I came across some online reports at http://www.bladderslingrecall.us and found that Johnson and Johnson has been especially under the spotlight because of an ongoing trial of a mesh lawsuit.
