I was able to get the following info on Petchili bond 1913 on Google:

Country: China
Years: 1913
Republic of China Bond. Government of the Province of Petchili of £500,000 Sterling, 5 1/2% Gold Loan of 1913. Bond for £20 to Bearer. PASS-CO authenticated. PRICE ON REQUEST
Condition: Excellent

It was issued during A Period when Republic of China was just born and the government of the Providence of Petichili was in the hands of Warlords..And the ensuing North March (War) by General Chiang Ke-Shiek has destroyed the local government..Each Bond w/ a Denomination of £20 could not be redeemed
individually or collectively..

It may have some residual values which rely much on collectors' desire and expectation...It is my guess: To collect all the bonds issued may command A Better Valuation toward the End! Or, one can inquire the Currency Museum of
Chinese History for its value!

Petili Let me share my own experience w/ the purchase of One Ein Reich Thaler 17A90 rare coin seven years ago:

It is a rare coin of German origin and I paid $ 256 USD back then..Presently, it has little or no value!

Imagine a rare German Silver Dollar issued in 1790 that has little or no value...I will keep it for the memory!!

It explains the Petchili Bond 1913...

These bonds only have collectors value, no financial value. I estimate 40-60 dollars for a good clean copy.... don't pay more and be ripped off.

Which are the proceedings to authenticate the Bonds?

We have Super-Patchilis and would like to find out if currently the present Chinese Government does accept those Bonds, and in such case, how to certify their legal acceptance -not just as a collector´s item but as actual valid Debt Bonds?

I can help you redeem your bonds at a very modest fee if you have PASS-CO

Petchilli bonds and other "historical redevelopment bonds" from Mexico, Germany etc will no longer be redeemed. The time for redemption expired in the early 80's (thats 1980's) after the BIS programmes expired. If there are any left out there it is probably because there as no provenance back in the day. Bond dealers have stacks of thousands of these instruments, for sale at extortionate prices!

When the government issued the Bonds disappeared, the Bonds went with it...Since Petchili Bond was issued in 1913 under the Republic of China, and there was A Note Issuance in 1918 to notify all bond Holders to make Redemption by certain date in that year for Silvers or forever relinquish their rights...

It was nice that Republic of China at the time to make such A Declaration to the World...

The Point: It is such A Risk for any individual or nation to hold Bonds from US and Europe...We are talking about $ 18.1+ Trillions (from US) and $ 26.8+ Trillions (from Europe)=$ 36 Trillion Dollars in USD Worth Bonds!!!

Not that US and Europe will go under any time soon...But, their Debts and Inability to pay are at the Center of this Risk!!

It is only time when they will happen!!! Mark my words.... As said: The Rich needs Brain!!!

There is A Typo: We are talking about $ 18.1+ Trillions (from US) and $ 26.8+ Trillions (from Europe)=$ 45 Trillion Dollars in USD Worth Bonds!!!

The Entire Earth (The World) has only about $ 57 Trillion Dollar Worth of Assets as we speak!!!

As of this minute, NO ONE has ever been paid. This is a total waste of time and sadly, hope.

Mark Garrett is a professional stroker and he is wasting your time with his endless "pay day" schedules that never materialize.

A Negro, David Cheever should focus on Forger Arcara...

To help protect the integrity of American Court System, Richard Arcara should not beg and crawl toward A Negro for A Hand Out... Where was his Honor and Integrity??

If Richard Arcara was smart, he could get ten times of legit reward from me! Now, Richard Arcara will set the record in history being called Hoodlum and Filthy Federal Justice to be impeached by
the Senate Judiciary Committee!
