Who shall stop Court Clerk's perpetual lies and belligerence?

It is the plea of my May 6, 2013 Letter to Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs! Presently, the Clerk Catherine O'Hagan Wolfe of US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit in New York is out of control..

She repeatedly sent letters from her office to dismiss A Fraud Case against Citibank + Defendants without cause and without Facts + Law...She piled up an impressive record of having the most POROUS General Court Dockets by intentionally not including many of my written replies to the Court and to Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs;

She then waited 40 days to declare that I failed to respond to her Office Notice (to Respond) and using that As A Legal Ground to Dismiss my Appeal Case (12-4956cv);

When facing my April 16, Letter of Appeal (openly approved by the Assistant in the Clerk Office), she came back with the same and never ending tune of accusation.. It was A Plea to Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs for him to look into this seemingly Odd and obviously un-lawful behavior!

At end, the clerk, Catherine O'Hagan Wolfe sent me A Personal Letter on April 30, 2013 trying to justify Her Action in her Defective Filings and Defective Judgment and Defective Issuances of Court Ruling in the recent past;

And most embarrassingly, she felt Her Action is Totally Justified to respond on behalf of Chief Justice of the Court Appeals and Chief Judge Dennis Jacobs to continue the Injustice + Obstruction of Justice!

I wish the Civil leaders in Washington, DC to look into the dangerous and precarious Legal Precedence that have been established at US Court of Appeals, the Second Circuit in New York City!!

I have no problems to point out the Defects originated from the Clerk Office again and again...But the image and integrity of the US Court may not be able to withstand the onslaughts..

God Bless America,

The easy way to confirm the Money Trail is to check their bank accounts for sudden flow of Cash from suspicious source!

Say: In 2012, A Deposit of $ 25 K -$ 50 K of unknown source of income from A Check of Citibank is sure enough to snare any and all the alleged!!!

I doubt any one gets more than $ 250 K in the years from 2011-2012!

My collection of rare coins, and the fact I made the revelation in recent days are to remind e-Bay Sales + the current management team...

When they respond to my official letter of May 6, 2013 some time at end of May, try to stick to Facts..My words do not count but theirs carry weight and merits in the Court of Law!

Your "Han Ban Lee" is not recognized by the court of opinions. "A justday" was funny and therefore, you are mandated to stick to the rules.

Han Ban Lee is shown with the rarest and most valuable 1804 Silver Dollar Coin image on Google..As said, I decide to stay with this user name in any issue relating to Rare Coin Auction...

For now, eBay Sales + the Current management have 21 days to respond with a Written Reply...

The US Court of Appeals, Second Circuit needs to resolve A Fraud Case against Citibank (12-4956cv) soon...For my Han Ban $ 500 m undertaking hinges upon the final settlement!!

PS - I don't have to tell you the punitive damages with e-Bay + the current management are in the neighborhood of $ 250 m and more..You may help them with Citibank's payroll as well

With you around, e-Bay sales + the current management will repeat the experience of Citibank and your cohorts!

Their lives are to be ruined...You are 74+ and don't have much time to live..But, they still have time to reconsider!
