My May 18, 2013 Letter to Ben Parker of e-Bay (Part II)...

To continue from Part I:

Obviously, Ben Parker of e-Bay Office of the President picked up the same old habit trying to repeat what Citibank + Defendants have done two years ago...

But, he will be surely disappointed...His e-mails for the past three weeks totaling in four or five meant to argue something that does not exist: For cfjdef2010 has 142 blue stars (*) awarded under the Current e-Bay User Credit System (Program) and Ben Parker Could not find out who that person is While cfjdef with ZERO star (*) is given all his time and attention in the last three weeks!

On this technicality alone, what he advocated in his last four to five e-mail replies in response to my first complaint in April 2013, is purely Fallacy and Nonsense in the First Degree!!

Until a written and a signed letter from e-Bay Sales + the Current Management Team came to my residence within 21 days starting May 18, 2013, his effort and breadth spent on drafting the same confusion on two e-Bay users names of cfjdef and cfjdef2010 is of no merit in Court..Besdies, any e-mail submittance is not recognized in US court!

And more damaging aspects of e-Bay's insistence come from the Statement of its Sales Group: I am banned and totally blocked from any future attempt to place auction of all my rare and valuable Silver Dollars including 12 Early American Silver Dollars (1794-1804)+ 12 most valuable Morgan Silver Dollar Coins + 24 Rare and Valuable Silver Dollar Coins from the era of Late Qing (1890-1912), Early Repulbic (1912-1916) to the Warring Warlords in 1916-1928 China...The Auction Worth of the above could easily reach hundreds of millions of dollars USD..For many of them are one and only Coin Items found in this land!!

Unless e-Bay Sales + the management team can explain the reasons behind this seemingly odd, illegal and un-lawful prejudice, I have no choice but to consider your decision as A Monopolistic and Predatory Practice with intent to harm my character/ reputation as an avid coin collector and to cause financial loss!
