This means BG's will have to be nearer 95% face value, any less and the shrot term risk is too much, MTN's will come back for sale in 2009 opening in the mid 70's , nothing less.

Anyone claiming to have access for these right now will be guaranteed to be part of a long chain of brokers and intermediaries and you will waste your time as they will not be able to perform. Try them and post your results.
