Dear Members,

My group, works next to providers (trade managers, trade facilitators and traders) in the US and in Europe who run different platforms working with a variety of procedures.

Most of the trade programmes start at 10m USD, although I would mention at this stage, that clients with 100m+ always move a lot faster.

The blocking / trading mechanism will really depend on where your funds are situated, we have options for PING, internal block, bank to bank block or mt 760. These procedures also depend on which group we choose, this will depend on your specific requirements and your particular situation.

We also have options to travel to the trading bank to meet the trader prior to signing contracts, this all happens after successful compliancy.

We work mainly with cash, but on larger amounts will work with BGs, CDs and MTNs.

As you are aware, programmes are forever changing so please email with specific requirements and I will respond with the most appropriate options available at that time.

My group does not do a JV with the client or request any POA.

For a professional, simple and fast service, please feel free to email me at: investments.ppp@gmail.com

Kindest Regards,

Steve

Adam,
I believe every one of us is a broker, otherwise we would not be in this forum, either good or bad.
What you will find with me is that my people are fast and professional, and we only accept applicants that will clear compliance and can be offered a safe method of transacting immediately.
So hey board, if you want to see REAL service and REAL people, with clear advice drop me a line.
Steve.

just found this forum and thought I would vent.....I just wasted weeks time chasing US TREASURY STRIPS supposedly being offered at a discount to market. I have been down at least 6 dead ends on this since Nov 1st.
Of course in the end there was just no product.
But, what no boday wants to answser me on is WHY a seller would sell an asset such as UST at a discount in the first place?
what I also think is mind-blowing is the Brokers that are still messing with all this stuff. Has anyone really ever closed on one of these transactions? I doubt it very seriously.

This forum is simply an extension of www.bradynet.com ---jokers heaven.

Brokers claiming to have access to trade platforms--but never, ever in their lives closed one single transaction.

Including you my dear or you would be out on the town on a Saturday night counting all your money. Best I can tell, not one soul on this forum or any other, for that matter, has anything positive to report. If one has nothing to say, say nothing at all, as your Mother told you!

I concur with 2 cents. We all seek to place a real client in a real situation assuming we would know the difference amid all the BS. But for one broker to throw stones at the glass offers of the others is rich to say the least.

To be able to say one offer is real and other is not can only be accomplished by performance. And evidence of performance can only be acheived by placing a real client with a real offer, period.

Anyone who has done that is no longer floating about these forums critizing others or offering their "real deals". The truth of the matter is any broker who actually closes a real private placement TRADE can retire.

People don't understand that PPP can also mean that a company that has not gone public yet is selling an asset to another private entity, company, corp or individual. A commision from something like this can be a good payday but in a perpetual trade returns are dictated by the market, the trader, whats being traded and the timeframe.

The right combination can net the investor and the brokers an excellent networth altering payday. It is very difficult in this grey or gray market to find a real player. The reality of it is anyone with several million dollars to invest probably isn't surfing boards like these seeking advice. That is not to say that you can't or won't find a blessing with diligence and hard work.

How do you think the upcoming govt changes in regulation will affect Private Placement Platforms?

From today's NyTimes: "The administration is also preparing to require that derivatives like credit default swaps, a type of insurance against loan defaults that were at the center of the financial meltdown last year, be traded through a central clearinghouse and possibly on one or more exchanges. That would make it significantly easier for regulators to supervise their use."

Currently, I like you all in this formum have many clients that are looking to be a part of a private placement program. If anyone reading this post comes in contact with a real trader(not a fake trader or a boker who is pretending to be a treader or be next to a real performing group, please post a comment on this site and let me know how i can reach you. Thanks.

Sarah,

These new regulations will undoubtably impact certain types of trades handled in the US. The new regs may be meant to keep bundles of derivatives from being sold overseas for pennies on the dollar like before. But most of the people here are searching for Euro-trades which are performed primarily outside the US and do not necessarily fall under US jurisprudence.

Optomus Prime,

I have gentleman who I've known for nearly 10 years. He is not the trader but he is a managing director for a platfornm that he is in part responsible for framing. He has a platform that offers FBR (Full Bank Responsibility) for the client's principal investment.

Now, if you or someone other then an investor with a minimum of 100M wants to have a conversation with this guy, forget about it. If your investor wants to forgo the preliminary portion of the due diligence process and not provide info on himself including POFs, forget about it. No one places an unproven and unknown party with the trader.

The managing group has no problem with being vetted themselves. In fact they invite potential clients to do this before they send their docs. If we can of service introducing an investor of yours please let me know.

Greetings board... what i see this all comes down to is knowledge. How can you or your clients expect to partcipate in an investment vehicle that you do not fully understand? This is the reason that i have gone to great lengths to document the complete history from the inception of trade programs (in 1943)...The who the why and how to become involved successfully. If you knew these secrets you would be able to speak intelligently and your words would have some teeth, proving why these programs exist. ALL to many brokers repeat falsities about these trades on a daily basis. Having the factual information about the varied trade programs will allow you to slice through the wanna-bees....the following is an excerpt from my ebook web page > Most investor`s don't fully understand or comprehend what a Private Placement Program actually is. Therefore, to answer this underlying request, the folklore will be replaced by the history and facts so that by the end of my e book, you will realize, these programs are real, quite simple to understand, yet complex in nature and a bit unorthodox.

A growing concern in this Private Placement arena is that it appears to attract a faction of disorders and a growing level of fraudsters who prey on this weakening economy to advance their own motives. Fortunately, the further education of Private Placement Programs is not in a trial and error phase and has witnessed actual, successful case studies to fall back on.

I would like to invite everyone to expand their knowledge in the Private Placement Arena... Please visit and leave me some comments. Best Regards board. website > http://www.topsecret.comoj.com/
