Dear Sirs,

We are interested Lease BG/SBLC--POF- and DLC,if you can assist ;

There are 3 different demands from our present customers for a period of 1 year and the amount USD.200MM.

· What is the percentage for one year and is it possible to extend the period up to 2 or 3 years? If yes, what will the percentages be for 2nd and 3rd years?

·Can you provide the Lease BG or SBLC?

· Can you send us the format of the Lease BG or SBLC texts?

· Has the text a Protection Clause? What about the guarantee means of your Company? Do they receive the Letter of Indemnity or Undertaking from the customer?

· Before the transactions, which documents should we request from the customer? How can we help the customer with the bank instruments to be used collateral? They all have real projects and feasibility reports.

Type: Documentary Letter of Credit

· What is the Protection Clause in the DLC?

· Is it possible a sight for 90 days or 180 days? What about the percentage of fees?

· Can we arrange a DLC for loading of goods such as sugar, cement, etc.? What are the terms and conditions?

· You have requested pro forma invoice for DLC transactions. Will draft DLC be prepared by your company? The draft DLC is needed because we should get the customer's approval through their stamp and signature.

We are interested in starting a relationship with your esteemed Company.. Please do provide us with the above requested information ASAP; we need them immediately for beginning to work.

We can pass on the demands for DLC, SBLC and BG from both home and abroad to you.

Our main priority is getting detailed information on Lease BG/SBLC and we had a lot of demands for them. We are looking forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards.

Has anyone here ever closed one of these deals????
I'm sure you have not! And...You never will. These deals do not exist for unlicensed brokers running all over the internet. Get a grip people! Legitimate traders already have many contacts for these instruments. Why in the world would they need any of you? Forget all the non-solicitation BS. That is just a big lie! If you really want to broker bonds, then get an education and a securities license. All of you on this forum are just wasting your life with wishful thinking.

100% correct. They will chase these dreams because of the big numbers, only to find that they wasted a lot of time.
