If your program is as great as you claim, why don't you propose it to governments? This would allow reducing, even eliminating budget deficits and allow tax reductions. This way, people will have more saving and they would invest in your programs. Don't you think so?

The truth is that these programs do in fact exist. However not every Tom, Dick and I bought a how to be a broker kit wanna be has access to them. Often these people are in a sea of brokers not knowing any more then the broker next to them. As for other countries and governments using these options, some do,others cannot and others will not.

Those that use them often use them for special needs such as natural disasters or state of emergencies. Some cannot due to certain restrictions and others simply wont because, economically speaking, they could up set the balance.

Dont worry there is a lot of important politics on this program
