David Cheever said a lot for nothing: The only facts are 1) Citibank paid him $ 122+ m for the years of 2011-2012 and much more in 2013; and 2) all those hundreds of millions of USD are gone..

David Cheever tried to confuse himself but to no one else As To Where did the money GO!!!

FYI: Only UNEDUCATED people go through money the way you describe. I did not make my money by buying lotto tickets.
