The Pitfalls of buying US Bonds, the Lesson learned!!!

In 2011 when I went to Citibank to make redemptions of two US Gold Bonds sold in 1930s China, Citibank said for me to redeem at US Treasury; and it refused to redeem it despite the fact that 62+ tons of Gold plus other precious antiques (Jade, Silver bullions, etc.) was deposited in its Bank Vaults...However, it did make the authentication of the two Gold Bonds issued thru the Records of Fidelity Gold and Silver Trade Unit...

When I contacted the US Treasury and Fed Reserve Governor in NY, I got a swarm of US Treasury agents on my trail to practice implied threats and intimidations...Soon, the Federal Judge Richard A. Arcara in Buffalo, NY turned the Court House into a Chamber of Terror and Horror...

He issued written Orders to state: Without his Permission, I the Complainant can not file any Civil Action Cases in his Court; and in Separate Orders he warned: By not following his Orders, I will be sentenced w/ huge monetary as well as other penalties (to jail?)...So, you now learn what was really and truly behind thes infamous Judicial Misconduct Charges..

And the most unexpected and never anticipated facts: The US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York City made two recent verdicts to exonerate Judge Richard J. Arcara and to deny my petitions for the Judicial Council Review and Investigations of Judge Richard J. Arcara's
Misconducts in Court..

The News Media in US all received my September 30, 2013 Letters of Request for the Court to retract and to make amend to its wrongful deliberations on the Judicial Council Review Process...And I am sure that some of them will comment on this most unfortunate incidence in American Legal System!!!

The Point: Pay extra caution and Exercise Prudence when you buy US Bonds to ensure that you will get your money back... I say this with evidence of proof: A US resident in CA was turned down w/o recourse when Citibank refused to redeem the US Saving Bonds his father bought for him in 1970s!! It was a 100% Loss...

History never lies!!!
