I decided to copy two of my recent postings on e-Bay Coin Discussion Board/ Forum on May 2, 2013 as public Records:

*** First Excerpt:

To comment 3: The point of my postings on e-Bay Coin Discussion/ Forum is to inform e-Bay Sales + the Current Management not to defame my reputation and character for being an Avid Rare Coin Collector 1) and not to incur any financial loss by blocking my 1804 Silver Dollar W/ A Broken Arrow Stem auction on e-Bay 2)..

In that missing posting: I declared to have many Early American Silver Dollars (1794-1804)+ the most valuable Morgan Silver Dollar Coins (dozens and dozens more) in addition to my 24 rarest and most valuable Silver Dollar Coins...

It is my collection of Early America Silver Dollars + Morgan Silver Dollar Coins that will show proof and establish merits in Court assuming A Suit in May, 2013 against e-Bay Sales + the Current Management for Defamation of Character 1) with Intent to harm my financial interest 2) is in place!

To make amend of a past wrong decision or find a lawyer to study my charges soon to be filed..

Signed, A Justday

***Second Excerpt:

I will assemble 24 US Rare Silver Dollar Coins + 24 Rare Silver Dollar Coins of Chinese Origin in my possession as An Exhibit to prove my status and credential as An Avid Rare

Coin Collector in the Law Suit if and when that is necessary!

One more posting on e-Bay Coin Discussion Board/ Forum to be Public Record:

I listed my 24 rare coins that have been talked about yesterday with Taylor and a couple others at e-Bay Technical Support Team; I talked about the number of Early American Dollars (1794-1804) and the most Valuable Morgan Dollar Coins when one comment kept saying that any thing he does not own is FAKE!

I talked about the sudden removal and deletion of my uploaded picture of One 1804 Silver Dollar CoinWith A Broken Arrow Stem as a Public Record at Photobucket.com for all to see..I sent a Voice Mail + A e-mail to James Goss, its CEO and pleading him not to DO IT!

For about 30 minutes, A viewer commented that Photobucket.com not only reversed its decision and also placed three Coin photos in view for all including the one I have deposited at e-Bay pre-sale list!

Additionally, the viewer is so very informative: It appears that e-Bay has outsourced and signed a contract with Liveworld to manage its Coin Discussion Board/ Forum!

Since I made the same and identical postings at other sites like Banking Forum/ Topix, there shall be no loss at this time..And now, I decided to make copies of all my postings at e-Bay Coin Discussion/ Forum and deposit them in my own e-mail files!

They may be of value as legal evidence in A Suit to be filed at end of may 2013..Gosh, let us hope I do not have to go that far!! But, the criminal element in America needs to be rid of..They simply can not and will not shut up...The message is: Defamation w/o Proof will be judged and punished in Court!
