To lend selectively not to discriminate but to keep high standard!!! After all, the Lenders have to survive!!!
I witnessed the mortgages were given to part timers and to those with income of less than $ 45 K...They are asking for troubles...No Renters are qualified!
I did rent A large House after I left Roswell Park Cancer institute..But, I had $ 125,000 USD bank deposit at the time...I still waited after lending A good paying job in 1983 before I bought the house!!
When I decided to pay off my mortgages in three years, it was because the hassle to make the monthly payment!
