New, but liquid and don't want to make a mistake. My attorney is not knowledgeable about instruments and suggest to leave them alone or find a specialist.

We work only on this procedure:

The Dollar Provider should issue a Cheque to our Favor and send the copy to us or bring the Cheque himself to Dubai,our bank will verify the cheque,if the cheque could be Ok,then we transfer Euro to $ providers account and get our dollar, it is very easy and we can close the deal fast.otherwise we are not interested.
We do not need prepayment!We pay First but we need your $P could issue a cheque in our Favor and give us a copy after that we check the cheque,we will pay!
the amount is unlimit but we prefer start with 1B$.
