and Upfront Fees through our provider from Europe. The minimum amount is $10MM and
the maximum is $1BB. The Leasing charges will be 15%[2%] from Top European Bank.
The following are the Leasing Procedures adopted by the provider. Inform interest. For
your reference we have attached the Standard SBLC/BG Format at which the Instrument
will be provided. If you require a different format you need to send the format for the
provider's confirmation.
The Procedures of Leasing SBLC/BG :
Step 1: Applicant to provide
- LOI
- CIS (Client Information Sheet)
- Verbiage of SBLC, chop & signed by the applicant
- Passport Photocopy (140% blow up)
- Company’s profile
- Board Resolutions
Step 2: Provider replies (within 2-3 banking days) with
- Counter-signed LOI
- Contract format
- Banking details of the issuing bank
Step 3: Applicant replies with
- Completed Letter of Indemnity or Contract (Leasing Agreement)
- NCNDA/FPA with Applicant Bank Confirmation signed by the Applicant and sent to Intermediaries
- Issue Bank Confirmation Letter /MT103 field 23
Step 4: Provider SWIFT Pre-advice
Step 5: Applicant SWIFT MT103/23
Within 5 banking days
Step 6: Provider SWIFT SBLC/BG and Corporate Invoice
Step 7: Applicant verifies, authenticate the SBLC/BG within 3 banking-days and
release payment to the provider within 7 banking- days

Yes, their is a fee of 7% for a POF from 500k - 9 Million and 2.5 - 3.0% for a POF of 10 Million +

Were you successful in the leasing of any bank instruments? If so, what was the issuing bank?

Who was your Receiving Bank? Was your Receiving Bank able to provide the necessary undertakings?

How were the fees structured for your particular transaction?
