I have a client claiming to have ( beneficiary) of a USD 500 M IBOE which is a US Treasury obligation.
My client is ready and able to provide all the necessary documents to the financial institution agreed to monetize the IBOE.
The funds generated shall be deposited in the financial institution in our company's account which will be opened.
Our company will invest in real projects ( not financial instruments, programs, etc.).
No upfront fees and/or expenses will be paid.
The financial institution should not be in the list of prohibited entities established by the US government and/or the European Union.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for any additional info and clarification. Kindly note that only serious inquiries will be answered.

You have a client claiming to have....?!?!?
Do you really expect anyone to take you seriously? DO YOUR JOB YOU NAIVE BROKER !
Verify the client/instrument at the very least.
Distributing FAKE/imaginary securities/instruments and info is a crime.
Have some respect for yourself And least protect YOURSELF

Rudeness usually doesn't deserve to be answered but I decided to give way and answer.
A financial instrument, an IBOE in this case, can only be verified from a bank. My client is ready o have his instrument verified by a bank via SWIFT with the US Treasury.

Since I'm not scamer nor I distribute fake financial instruments that's why I used the term " claiming to have". It would have been been criminal on my behalf to claim that " he has" , since only a financial institution can verify if is genuine.

In my opinion the instrument is real and genuine.

Question:

Is the IBOE held in custody with a bank or securities house?

If it is held in custody in a bank, with a rating by any of the 3 major credit risk calculating houses, I may be able to help.

I need to see:

1) Copy of the IBOE
2) Copy of the SKR
3) Copy of the UCC filing

I can be reached at: david DOT cheever AT aol DOT com

If the IBOE is real, I can help. If it not, I will let you know.

If I contact you as requested, it would be considered "solicitation". I gave you my email and you need to make the contact first, so I can respond.

But, if you do not have what I requested, then, simply save us the time and stop here.

Have a wonderful day.

keep on wasting your time on the worthless IOU (a private i owe you). US Treasury has never issued such worthless private IOU and will never confirm it. If you have genuine bills of exchange issued from the banks, then you are in the business and that too is done between the banks and not via the jokers. Go back and play in your sand box and leave the area of banking and investments to it's professionals and the big boys.

I thought that could find here serious people exchanging ideas and business information, unfortunately is nothing more than a kinder garden.
It's really unfortunate, but nevertheless fact of life, that ignorant ( and stupid) people in order to hide there ignorance and inadequisies usually resort to rudeness.

We are trying to tell you your client is fake.
Do your homework next time for your own education and in order to be able to weed out bullS and waste less time on clients with imaginary instruments

Fact: Just because DCA and tsb have failed to get things done, they assume no one can do it.

These two clowns will try to discourage you based on their own failures.

I wouldn't take their comments at face value.

IBOEs can be monetized if they hold value.

Only the big boys can do it. Others can keep sucking their own thumbs cying foul.

Cheever, you are a joke for making such an ignorant comments. Of-course, you do not understand the banking and the investments and that is why the ignorance can speak it's own volume. You been soliciting amongst the jokers here trying to sell securities and begging for the business from them. Licensed to sell securities?Stay amongst the jokers and leave the banking and investment to it's licensed and regulated entities.

Coming to the agenda: edify us as what to the real substance backs behind the private IOU and written under UCC in form of these so called iboes issued by one private party to another? What is the direct relationship between such worthless papersa nd US Treasury? And, why will any bank or financial institution give any value to such worthless papers? Take one and deposit with a depositary, a financial institution or bank or a broker dealer, ask them to put it on their books and see what they say to you? Will close your account, file SAR, and kick you out their door.

Dumbass wannabee, Cheever. Go back and play with your toys in your sandbox. At-least you learned it here that the game is for the big boys, so leave it like that.

LOL! Ignorant fool. You are trying to intimidate me with your nonsense comments and then, you have the idioticy to ask me how things get done. Too funny. You should start a clown's forum, because you have the gift to make an ass of yourself.

The reason you don't know how things get done, and once again; I repeat, with real documents of debt (in this case, IBOE), is because you lack the credentials to deal or be part of such transactions. You may be able to trade currencies or trade commodities. That does not qualify you to play with the big boys.

And, what if I act as a "bird dog" for licensed traders? I am "familiar with banking laws and procedures and I know where the "holes" are. You don't.

Therefore, I strongly suggest you stick to the side lines, making fun of idiots like you, because, after all, all idiots need a leader and you appear to be bidding for the spot.

cheever, when the rubber hits the road, you cannot withstand the pressure - when asked to put your money where your mouth is, you cannot do it and start calling names. This is what imbeciles like you do.
You have no clue as how real business gets done and do not know any big boys. You can get a whiff of it but will never touch the real thing, as even in your terms you are 'bird dog' or a dog, so remain a dog with your mouth salivating and begging for a bone. Someone may have mercy on you and throw a bone towards your way. Go on..........

I am not here to do any business with you and any of your idiots brokers here, and nor will disclose as to what we do. Just was offering edification and the salvation, so you and your jokers do not lose the day job living in delusions that you can be in big boys arena.

Hahahahahaaa....

Here is my solution to your problem.

Step 1: Face a mirror.
Step 2: Repeat the following...."I am a moron and I want others to feel inferior to me"
Step 3: Repeat until you can't speak anymore.

Sooner or later, you will come to terms with your stupidy and will learn not to make dumb comments without having a clue who the opposing force is.

You are a one legged moron and one legged morons can't get into an ass kicking contest.

Keep your assumptions to yourself
