Monetizing of Bank Instruments - Non Recourse Loans

Get Cash For Your Financial Instrument

The Financial Institution can provide cash against bank instruments for clients worldwide.
They can arrange monetizing against financial instruments such as MTN’s, BG’s, LOC’s,
SBLC’s, US and other international Bonds, CD’s, Zero Coupon Bonds, Treasuries, and
other instruments. Also Gems as well.

This can be accomplished in days or less. Depending on the type of instrument involved.
They can monetize SKR’s, Bonds, Annuities (must be S&P rated), CD’s, SBLC’s, DPLC’s, BG’s, MTN’s, T-Bill’s, T-Strip’s, T-Note’s, etc.

The client must be in control of the instrument and be able to deliver the instrument to
the financial institution. Instruments can be OWNED or LEASED and have a minimum face value of 100M USD. If leased, the instrument must be in a top bank and we will need to see a copy of the lease agreement.

Monetization can be accomplished within 10 days typically within 3-5 days. LTV is 75-95% of the face value of the instrument. The instrument will be returned to the client after 90
Days.

Clients can re-monitize the same instruments up to 4 times in one year.(This is dependant on the age of the instrument)

These instruments can also be placed into our trade program as well. Contact me for details.

What the hell?!!!

Since when does bank instrument and foreign currency mean the same thing? This entire thread reads like a Bradynet reunion. What I would like for Mr. Smith to do is explain to me;

1. How can you provide a loan or trade a leased instrument?
2. How do you place Insurance policies in a tradea?
3. What do you mean when you say client must be in "control" of the instrument?

And if you would please explain it to me as it I was a 4 year old.

Hi Li,

Leased instruments are not accepted into private bank trading platforms. One of the basic requirements is that the funds or instrument need to be in the full control and ownership of the client, which leased funds are not.

Leased instruments do have their business purposes, but not for PPP, as you called it.
