From time to time, David Cheever of Oahu, Hawaii tried his best to defame and to confuse the viewers about my Collection of Rare Silver Dollar Coins!!

Let me clarify the issue: I have not just one but 48 rare Silver Dollar Coins from US to China (with hundreds of years of mintage each) that make me the most Avid Collector of Silver Dollar Coins in this world!

It became the central issue in a Civil Action Case I filed against e-Bay and that Federal Judge RJA in the Western New York District in Buffalo, NY has since made the headline news by saying: Without his permission, I, the Complainant can not file any civil action suit in his court!!!

This extremely onerous case of mis-conduct in court is being petitioned for review for the third time at US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit...Stay tuned for the court response soon!!!

Hahahahaaa....

The court system is tired of your endless filings. Filings full of errors and unrealistic numbers.

And as far as your coins are concerned: They are fake and that is why your offers were removed by e-Bay. Once they received my fax, they confirmed my claim and removed your bogus offer.

Hmmm... if his were fakes, this means that there are real ones around, else how do one determine fakes from real ???

Just like 1934/1935 Morgenthau Bonds ... claimed to be fake, but were there real ones issued ??????

Not at all - a 9 dollar bill is clearly fake, but that does not mean that legitimate ones ever existed. I've seen some of these "bonds" myself, and they seem as bogus as a $9 bill to me. The main issue is that you have literally stacks of them claiming to have a face value of $1B each - issued at a point in time where the total GDP of the US was just under $3B. So even the single stack of those things that I saw would have represented over 30 times the total US GDP.

Schooled ?? Hardly touch the surface.
Both of you too need to read between the lines, and check the facts.

Joe, you are comparing apples and oranges here.
Do your own research. Ain't talking about bank notes!
